Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we focus on burning calories, through HIIT style 30 minute session for 4 weeks, this class is focused on full body training through a mixture of cardio & weights 

Lifting weights will not only improve your health and make you feel strong/toned but it will also help get you lean fast along side a healthy eating plan.
